Abstract:Cordyceps militaris L.is a fungus that parasitizes insect pupae, with pharmacological active components similar to Cordyceps sinensis, and has been widely recognized as a medicinal material since ancient times.Adenosine and cordycepin are key active components in C.militaris, playing significant roles in its medicinal value. This paper reviews the biological structure and distribution, biosynthesis, physiological functions, and detection methods of adenosine in C.militaris, aiming to provide references for the comprehensive development and utilization of Cordyceps adenosine, thereby supporting the national Big Food Concept.
