In recent years,tussah pupa has attracted significant attention in the field of snack food development. This article reviews the research progress of tussah pupa snack foods,including the current status,existing issues,and development countermeasures and suggestions for tussah pupa snack foods, aiming to provide a reference for the development and utilization of diversified tussah pupa snack foods.
